This is just a place to compile all the information and if we receive any questions, we'll put it on here! If you have already read the post on twitter, there is no new information but if you want an easy way to send the readathon to your friends with all updates and questions answered, this is it!
My friend Val (@valentinaaacr) and I have organised a twitter based readathon! The idea of it is there are prompts in the bingo card below:

The goal of the week is to read a minimum of four books that fulfil prompts from this bingo card and try to get a bingo on this card! We've also made an attachment of the pride flags:

This is obviously not an exhaustive list and if you want to use any of your own please feel free to! If you think we've missed any out please let us know as well and we'll add it in the twitter thread.
Here is the google docs of all the LGBTQ+ books we could find. Please note that we haven't read all of these so in no way are we saying all of these books are good but these are just options to help you find titles: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hjp8UAPuMJ412gMEJjOP10le5_Cosw6M0KVzdrevJPc/edit?usp=sharing
Currently my reading list consists of:
Amanda Foody - Ace of Shades
Alice Walker - The Colour Purple
Audrey Coulthurst - Of Fire and Stars
Donna Tartt - The Secret History
If you have anymore questions feel free to dm me on instagram! @literaseabooks I hope to see you joining
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I post the readathon on instagram/tiktok/other forms of social media?
A: Yes, but please don't crop out our usernames. We have spent a lot of time making these resources and it would be a shame if we got cropped out.
Q: Can I join if I am not LGBTQ+ or if I am still questioning?
A: Yes! This readathon is for everyone to enjoy whether or not you are LGBTQ+. It is open to everyone, allies included. This is just a way to encourage people to read more LGBTQ+ books.
